2018 OLLI/WLS Symposium
Seeking a Just World Order: The Quest for Peace and Prosperity

This symposium will present scholars and policy makers to address the world’s prospects for peace and prosperity. After an introductory lecture describing the values and forces that shaped our postWWII world, speakers will address specific topics such as the impacts of either maintaining or discontinuing economic alliances and trade organizations. Others will consider the potentials and pitfalls from maintaining or discontinuing military alliances and the treaties that limit nuclear proliferation.
